Collection: Promote Women

To say women were undervalued as citizens in the first century would be an understatement. It was taboo for the common woman to speak to a man outside her own family in public, let alone attempt to have any kind of public voice or authority. But as Jesus deliberately demonstrated on many occasions throughout His ministry, women are no less the image of God than men, worthy of dignity, respect, and a rightful place in the upside down kingdom.

Jesus empowered women by promoting them as equitably worthy partners in His upside down kingdom. Let's do the same.
